Fast shipping
VERY fast shipping, good communication. The hair itself was true to length and density. My head is big and the cap still fit just fine !! it was very soft too

Great Customer Service/Poor wig quality
1st off, customer service was great with great response and follow up. The problem was the wigs. I ordered two: P18/613 blonde highlight body wave and Dark blue, both 13x4. The quality of the blonde was over processed and the hair was damaged badly and the color didn't match what was advertised. When i washed the wig it clumped up and was "spongey" to the touch ( very much like human hair when bleached too much). BOTH WIGS SHED BADLY !!! The dark blue shed so much there was a balding spot in the middle of the lace. I bought these wigs back in October 2022. Didn't wear the blonde until December and the blue recently. I hate that this was the case as i said the customer service and delivery was excellent.

The hair I ordered was the chestnut brown body wave… great quality . Nice look. Everybody loves it Soft. I will be purchasing the straight hair now

Amazing Wig!
Thes wig was true to the website and it came exactly how it was supposed to! the wig was very soft and I am 100% satisfied.
