Super soft hair. Fingers run through very easily and nicely. Very Suttle color. Not to bright but very pleasing to the eye. Also the length was exactly where it needed to be. They didn't skimp and gave the actual length asked for. Also the vendor checked to make sure I received my package and notified me about where my package was. Very helpful.

They do not give refunds, they give excuses. The best I got was a $20 partial refund and a useless wig. I'll donate it to a cancer society so it won't completely go to waste, but it's an awful company.

The item is way to big and had a hole in the top so I cannot wear it, within 5 days I have been begging for a return label and have sent dozens of pictures of THEIR wig but nothing but continuous replies.

My experience with Arabella has been extremely positive. The mink hair is the best I've ever had. Shipping is extremely fast. I always rely on reviews especially reviews with pics. I believe in sharing my experience with vendors if it helps others make informed decisions. I would refer this site to a friend definitely!
