This was my second time ordering from Arabella. I love both of my units. I ordered a 30in brazilian curly, ready to wear. It is very true to length and full. I will be ordering my next unit soon. Thanks Arabella hair again. Order you will not be disappointed.

I actually believe this company is a scam, we will soon find out. I have tried to contact this company so many times with this order and have been ignored. I have all my attempted emails to this company available for a lawyer. I have been waiting for my hair to come for over 9 days and it's still at the JFK airport. I live in California. The first time I tried this company the hair was very tight and had full deep waves when I asked for loose waves. It also became very tangled. A friend suggested I try them one more time to make sure they were legitimate, and here I am in a situation where I haven't even received my hair, I'm not sure if I will receive my hair at this point. Which is fine I will get my money back. Klarna has been notified of this mess. I'm so glad I went through Klarna instead of my bank account..

Hi Candy Hall we sincerely apologize for the issues you've encountered regarding the extended shipping time. Regarding the longer shipping time, we understand that it may have caused inconvenience, but shipping times can be affected by uncontrollable factors. We have been actively working to improve our logistics services. However, if you could provide a specific order number or more details, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order and providing additional information.

Arabella Hair was an excellent choice! My wig came very quickly and their customer service is top tier! I appreciate the prompt response and they made sure I received my wig. The quality of the hair was amazing and there was no odor! I will definitely shop with this company again! I want quality because times can be a little difficult with money so I’m always a bit skeptical with hair companies as I don’t have any money to waste! They didn’t disappoint!

Thank you so much for making it possible for me to have human hair lace front wig. I began losing my hair because of medication and hypothyroid with chronic fatigue syndrome. Anyone who suffers from chronic pain can tell you how much it means when something brightens your life. Arabellahair.com makes beautiful units that are affordable and are also an absolute joy 😊 to receive. Thank you for making it possible for me to wear high quality units and my first human hair unit. You guys are the best.
