Shipping Issues
I ordered parts and the shipping was fast but to the wrong location. They stated that it was delivered but the tracking number clearly stated that it was not delivered to my town. I contacted their shipping service twice. The first time the shipping service admitted that it didn't get delivered to me. I asked AR15D to help with their preferred shipping vendor but they would not help. I had to file a claim with my credit card company which refunded me my money.

Hey Michael. I have emailed you and called you as well, so we can try to get this squared away. I do apologize for UPS dropping the ball on this order, and unfortunately once the parcel service has the order, it is out of our hands and we have no control over how they deliver. With that being said, we will always make sure our customers either get replacement products or a refund. I would like to clarify that our chat service said we would get back to you within 24-48 hours and you initiated a chargeback within 24 hours. If you would like to email us or call us back, we would be more than happy to get this taken care of for you. Have a great day!

Great prices on high quality parts
Great prices on high quality parts. The site is easy to navigate making customizing a build simple. Parts are shipped promptly and packaged well. The upper I purchased most recently was on sale at a unbelievable price for the quality. I haven't had a bad experience with any of my orders.
