Best experience with customer service personnel I have had in a long time! Great deals a good variety and even better

This place had everything I needed for my Shuty AP9-9mm PLA+ build. Not only that, their price point was on point. Most affordable retail #'s out there. I was provided all needed proof of purchase for tracking later. Not of fault of their own, a mis-print on the address lable rerouted my order back to them, their TOP TIER 2 customer service policy was deployed & they notified me of the mishap, another rapid express delievery was created for me stat. I tell everyone reading this, just that fact is reason enough to support this business. Their customer service is bar none the best.

Sierra Ford was an excellent customer service representative. She got back to me very quickly, was extremely professional, and handled everything I needed right away. She took care of my request within about 5 minutes and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s not often you get service that fast and efficient anymore. I really appreciate her help and the great experience. Definitely top-notch customer service.

AR15Discounts is easily one of my favorites out there. From their selection, to their prices, to their customer service, you just can't beat it. These guys will have my business for a long time.

I have ordered many times from ar15discounts over the years. I am always pleased with this company. Recently got another small order of parts again. They are great. Exactly what I order, always a good deal, and ships fast. Definitely recommend this company.

I got an issue with my order. Mark Jarrett emailed me next day after I reported. He takes care everything smoothly. Great service and great price 🤩🤩🤩
