We understand your frustration and want to clarify what happened with your order. The item in question was mistakenly listed at $0, which was not a valid price but a website error. Unfortunately, the order did make it through to shipping before we caught the mistake. As soon as the error was identified, we submitted a Return to Sender request to the carrier to prevent delivery of an item that was never meant to be sold at that price. This wasn’t a bait-and-switch or an attempt to upsell—we simply can’t honor a $0 transaction for a serialized firearm component due to legal, financial, and compliance reasons. After retrieving the item, we offered you the correct purchase price if you still wanted to move forward. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused and truly appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected].
