I’m very happy I found this brand! I saw them in Instagram and decided to buy a couple of their bikinis. The quality is really good as well as the fit. They look exactly like in the pictures. I love their styles and colors. I’ll be getting more bikinis soon :) thanks guys!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Returns process is a joke, I emailed to confirm I wanted to return and get a refund and have now had 2 emails asking me if I want to exchange instead or get a 70% refund. For the 3rd time I have now emailed saying I want to return and get a refund! This company is a joke, it shouldn't be this hard to process a return request and it shouldn't be questioned multiple times. Just action what the customer requests - we know what we want and don't want!

Terrible customer service! I have been requesting a return shipping address via email, since there is no other contact option listed on the website. Your company refuses to respond to my emails requesting return shipping address. The only response I received was information for exchanges and no response for returning my order. Do not order from this company!

FINAL UPDATE: Aqua tropic reached out and sent my order again. Recieved the bikinis today and they look very good, I think it was just bad luck with my first order. Glad it worked out and excited to wear the bikinis soon! Original post: Ordered 57 days ago, package has still not arrived. Contacted the shipping company since I didn’t recieve any help from Aqua Tropic, they informed me that the adress on my package was incomplete and had been sent back. I gave Aquatropic my complete adress, if they have not labeled my package correctly that’s on them - not me! Been in contact with Aqua tropic for 28 days now trying to get help and a refund without any luck. Edit: I have now recieved help from Aqua tropic, hopefully my experience was just a one time thing. Have a new order on the way now, will update when I recieve it.

I recently placed an order on their website. The package arrived on time. When I tried on the bikinis, I was surprised and happy with the fit, cut and how comfy they are. I love how I look and feel in them. Regarding the quality, I would say it is pretty good. I have used them a couple of times at the beach, and I didn't have any problem.
