Bikinis look lovely online but avoid ordering if you have a holiday in a few days or even weeks - I’ve ordered mine on the 4th January and it is still in the processing centre, with no clear delivery date. I have emailed them 4 times that my holiday is on the 20th January so one can only hope. It arrives on time. For reference I am based in Manchester, UK. Also just a note - initially a wrong (higher ) price was deducted from my account, which I reported and it was refunded the following day and then I had to pay tax that I was not made aware of when placed my order. A lot of unnecessary issues which made my shopping experience tricky. Will comment on bikini quality once it arrives. Order #39886

FINAL UPDATE: Aqua tropic reached out and sent my order again. Recieved the bikinis today and they look very good, I think it was just bad luck with my first order. Glad it worked out and excited to wear the bikinis soon! Original post: Ordered 57 days ago, package has still not arrived. Contacted the shipping company since I didn’t recieve any help from Aqua Tropic, they informed me that the adress on my package was incomplete and had been sent back. I gave Aquatropic my complete adress, if they have not labeled my package correctly that’s on them - not me! Been in contact with Aqua tropic for 28 days now trying to get help and a refund without any luck. Edit: I have now recieved help from Aqua tropic, hopefully my experience was just a one time thing. Have a new order on the way now, will update when I recieve it.

I ordered a few bathingsuits from their website, but i did not like how they fit. Also there were some defects on the tops i ordered so i wanted to send them back. Their costumer service was really helpfull en they reply very fast, and they made things right! If you want to order a bikini from their website take in consideration that the tops en bottoms can be very small (even the bigger sizes) so make sure that’s what you want ;)
