Very disappointing experience. My order took over three weeks to arrive. When I contacted customer service about the delay, they replied within 24 hours. However, once I received the swimsuit, it didn’t fit and I returned it the next day. They have had the returned item for several days now, yet I have received no refund and no response to my messages. It’s surprising how responsive they were before delivery, but completely silent when it comes to issuing a refund. Still waiting for my money back.

I ordered my bikini on the 12th October (it is now the 28th) 12 BUSINESS DAYS! and I have still not received my bikini. I have reached out to Aqua Tropics to see what the delay is, and have not heard back. I wouldnt reccomend purchasing from here!

A 1 star rating is still too much for these scammers. Returning items is made extremely difficult. They delay their responses and repeatedly try to push an exchange on you. Eventually, you give in because it all seems great under the guise of "service." And well, if they recommend a different bikini and size based on your exact measurements, what could go wrong, right? Well, a lot. Because by now, the 30-day return period has expired, and instead of one, you’re stuck with two bikinis that don’t fit since their sizing makes absolutely no sense. With unnecessarily long messages and so-called assistance, you easily fall for their sneaky tactics. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Following Aqua Tropic's response: I was given exactly one day to return the items after all. I indeed chose not to do so because I don't trust that I would actually receive the full refund. There would likely be another excuse, such as: something is supposedly not in its original condition, returned too late, or high return costs. So, I’m saving myself the risk of more frustration and have decided to write this review to warn others. It’s remarkable that AT leaves out half of the details in their response, such as the one-day return window. Or actually—giving only half of the story is completely in line with what I already expected!

Wirklich ein unglaublich schlechter Rücksendeablauf! Man muss erstmal eine Menge an Mails hin und her schicken bevor man dann an den Punkt kommt, die Ware auf eigene Kosten nach Kroatien zurück zu schicken … was natürlich vorher nirgends in den AGB‘s zu lesen war! Lasst bloß die Finger davon!!

My swimsuit bottoms stitching came apart on arrival. Didn't even wear it, just fell apart in my hands. Sent an email and photo immediately and they eventually stopped responding to me. When I realized I hadn't received a refund I chased up but they would only offer 30% back because they thought it had been too long and wouldn't refund the cost of the seamstress even though their website states you can get a full refund. Why should I cover the cost of a seamstress on a swimsuit that fell apart in my hands??? They offered to replace it but I had already gone on both trips I purchased it for and didn't feel comfortable wearing a bikini bottom which was likely to fall apart and leave me exposed on the beach.

DO NOT PURCHASE : You will pay 45$ for a SHEIN swimsuit! I bought one and found out my friend had the EXACT same one (we compared everything) but she bought it on Shein for 5$. Do NOT buy from them.

Très déçue ! En effet j’ai commandé deux maillots de bains mais la taille ne va pas du tout. Ils sont beaucoup trop petit pourtant c’est une taille que je prend habituellement. J’aimerai retourner mes maillots de bain pour un retour mais je n’ai aucune réponse aux mails que j’ai envoyé le 3 mars 2024 puis le 8 mars ainsi que aujourd’hui (le 12 mars). Ça devient très urgent car je pars en vacances dans quelques jours et j’aimerais régler ce problème avant qu’il ne soit trop tard ! Mais personne ne me répond ! Service client pas du tout disponible !
