I am reading all these reviews about aquasanas customer service and I want to say im sorry everyone is having to deal with all these issues. There is nothing more annoying then buying a product and having to return it or have it arrive damaged and not be able to reach anyone. Its that reason that I am always skeptical about ordering things online because I know more then 90% have difficult or non existing customer service and no one got time for that crap but I will say thankfully my handheld shower kit and filter are great at removing all the crap that used to dry my skin and hair out I was totally impressed after just one use it already felt so different and it really works. It is very heavy filter that attaches to the shower pipe but it is worth it. Now if this filter breaks or leaks that might become a different review at that time but right now it wss definetly one of the best purchases I ever made. Now the real test will be in six months when im.supposed to automatically receive a replacement filter and hopefully they dont disappoint. Stay tuned for the update in six months

I spoke with an Aquasana representative and he was very good in what I needed for my house square footage and just 2 of us needing the type of water purification and suggested the Rhino. We got the water system pretty quick, they suggested several local plumbers but we ended up using a local plumber. When I told the plumber what I ordered, he suggested a Flow Tech system saying it would be less maintenance, but I told him I already have the aquasana delivered, he then said oh, we'll he can install the system but I questioned him more about the Flow Tech, I liked the idea of less maintenance so I went Flow Tech, cost was $5300 with install, compared to Aquasauna $1420, not sure what the install would of been. At the time money wasn't the object it was convenience. Called Aquasana told them I'm sending back the system, customer service didn't give me a hard time, but had to ask the reasoning and that was it, pretty simple, they refunded the whole amount in 10 business days, but I had to pay for shipping to send back understandably, cost, UPS $174.00. But either way, if I was young, I wouldn't mind doing the maintenance on the aquasana, bottom line, Aquasana would be a good system to use on your home.

I have been using the Aquasana Shower filter and absolutely LOVE it. My hair and skin are softer and more hydrated!

Incredible!! Not just another company. We purchased a new home in Illinois and we had city water, not Chicago water which is fantastic, We could not drink the water we had to buy cases of water. Everything cooking endeavor had to be purchase water. We found Aquasana. & LuLu and what a difference in our life. This inexpensive complete water system was phenomenal. What a difference in our life now. Our Rep LuLu explained in detail and never pushed us. Very Knowledgable and helpful. This system is worth the value and it will change your life.

I have been with Aquasana for more than 4 years. Satisfied so far. They are loyal to old customers and havent raosed prices for water for life products for my tripple under sink claryum filter.

I bought the Rino whole house system with Salt-Free Water Conditioner, UV and pro kit back in 2017. Have had zero issues with my system. I was at first a little annoyed that my water still left spots, but later learned that no water softener actually removes the calcium/magnesium, it just changes the chemical composition or electrical charge to prevent limescale buildup in appliances and lines. My water as tested with a ZeroWater wand still shows 100 compared to 500 without filtering. I used by last replacement filter so time to order again After seeing a ton of bad reviews I am hoping that Covid19 didn't break Aquasana like it appears to have broken everything else in society.

Customer for about 20 years...started w. counter top unit, replaced same and finally dual filter undersink unit about 08 years ago. Never had an issue that wasn't promptly resolved in the early years and this month had first "o ring" issue w. undersink unit. Reported problem Monday and totally resolved w. replacement on Friday. Superb filtrations system and stellar customer service.
