AquariumPlants.comReviews of aquariumplants.com

My betta and shrimp love their new plants in their 20 gallon! I found some great deals on plants I've had trouble finding in stores, and they really helped to fill in my planted tank. Great selection, quantity of plants, and customer service from AquariumPlants.com - they easily changed my address when I forgot about a work trip, and I received my order safe at my updated shipping address with no hassle. I'll definitely be placing another order when I revamp my smaller tanks!

I’ve gotten plant from my very first tank up to now. Healthy and fast delivery

Order was shipped to wrong address. I got their order after it traveling around the south for two weeks. Had their address on package and my address covering it with a small sticker. They reshipped my correct order but my two day shipping ended up 5 days. Was hung up on by one representative and they tried to blame shippers when it was obviously their mistake. I asked for a refund but have not seen it as yet. UPDATE Talked to someone else at the company and he refunded my order. I guess it depends on who you get on the phone as to the service you receive. I upgraded from one to three stars because the shipping was still a bad experience.

Plants arrived undamaged and alive. Now recovering in their new home.

Great looking plant!

Order arrived healthy and robust! Bunch plants are always generously full. The Hurricane delayed my order by a week but they promptly sent it out the next week which is awesome!

Arrived Healthy and Prompt. Ordered over 50+ plants (some were bunches). All plants arrived looking healthy and green.. or bronze/purple depending on the color of plant.... Packaging was neat and everything was in order. Would order from them again

Got all my plants in one piece, and they’re adapting to my aquariums very nicely. Was quick and easy!
