Plants arrived fast and in great condition! Big and healthy and even got a couple extra

I’ve ordered from them a few times and for those that are complaining about their plants not coming in on time etc. once the seller ships them it is completely out of their hands so if any plants do not arrive on time or on schedule, it is no fault of the company That shipped them just food for thought. Also for those complaining all the time about the plants, don’t look like the picture just remember plants take time to acclimate. I have been very satisfied with all my plants that I’ve ordered from them sometimes they don’t make it, but that’s is on me not the seller. Stuff happens and sometimes you need to look in the mirror and realize that maybe it is you not them. If you want perfect looking plants, I suggest you buy plastic.

Randy actually called me to let me know that they had 1 item out of stock til the following week. So I agreed to wait until the item was back in stock. The item was not back in yet so he sent me potted instead of bareroot. All the plants arrived in perfect condition. Thanks for your great customer service!

The plant arrived on time. It wasn’t in relatively great health and definitely wasn’t pink. I was expecting it to be a very faint pink at least that would darken in my aquarium. It came as a very gray green and looks a bit healthier now that it’s here but nothing like it should. I’ve done root tabs, upped iron, CO2 and it’s not helping. I was really hoping this would be a truly positive experience and I know plants are finicky. So it’s like an oh well kind of thing. I will say the box and ice pack were not damaged and the whole process was a breeze.

I ordered on January 30th. Took the money same day. It's now 5pm on February 9th and no plants. Even paid for 2nd day shipping. I think next time I'll use BucePlant.com
