Packaged live plants in paper when it's…
Packaged live plants in paper when it's winter in Minnesota. They froze and died in shipping. Didn't get a refund or anything. Pretty good way to lose $22. I don't see how I'm supposed to get the plant right when they arrive when I have to be at school and can't control when they arrive.

this is truly unfortunate: the customer told us that the shipment did in fact arrive 5 hours before he brought it inside... we've been successfully shipping live plants for 23 years. this customer was sent tracking info, but neglected to get the shipment when delivered... this is unfortunate but, we can't control the fact that they left it outside in freezing temps when delivered
