Mother plant smaller than in the past, red lotus was just bulbs.i know they grow but expected more.

The anubias has I ordered were well-sized, with plenty of good leaves and a healthy appearance, but I think the roots were cut too short. My order came with some stowaway snails that I had to pick and brush off. I hope I got them all since my tank is just recovering from an infestation.

Very well packaged. Arrived quickly during heat wave with ice packs and the Water Lily was super heathy. Would definitely order from here again.

I’m not normally one to post bad reviews but I ordered 6 blue mystery snails from this site. The order was delayed a few days due to a mechanical failure of UPS which I don’t blame on the aquarium store at all. Stuff happens. My snails arrived almost a week after I ordered them and of course all of them were dead. Where I fault the aquarium site is their customer service. I filled out the online form with no response. I called them and left a voicemail with no call back. I emailed them and they said they would get back to me and still nothing. At this point I’m thinking I just might be out $30.

Everything I wanted was in stock and shipped at the beginning of the week, so there would be no chance of it sitting in a delivery truck over the weekend. I planted them in the new tank and they are looking great. The buy two get one free sale saved me some money. :)

This is my third or fourth order, as always EVERYTHING was on point. The plants were top notch, the packaging was perfect and delivery went off without a hitch. Love these guys!
