I purchased 10 potted s repens, and 2 ice packs. They looked great upon arrival with very little or no melting with each plant. Looks fantastic already in my 29 long.

I ordered 5 different kinds of plants ( Telanthera Rosefolia, Wisteria, Ludwigia Narrow Leaf and Broad Leaf and Creeping Charlie. Everything was in Good Condition, except the Wisteria. It was in a state of dissolving; becoming mush. I tossed it. It didn't travel well at all. (and I purchased an ice pack) However, when I ordered Wisteria a few months ago for one of my other tanks, it arrived in Excellent condition and it's doing very well. I don't know what happened this time.

site was easy to use.. accepts paypal... and my package came safe and sound... my plant was fresh and unharmed with some visual buds about to sprout.. so cute!!! One start is too much for this company, do you have a zero start? I ordered just one item but after a long wait it was never completed so never shipped and have to cancel!!

I accidentally ordered 2 plants separately doubling the shipping cost and they caught that and I only paid shipping once, the plants are in excellent condition, they obviously know what they’re doing and the packaging is proof. I love my new mini dwarf hair grass, I’m carpeting it all over my tank, only hard part is replanting, keeping a lot of it still in the pot cause I have an albino crawfish that loves to dig it up and eat it. Ya hitch is fine when it’s more established.
