The plants I ordered came in excellent condition.

So I ordered a calcium monitor that did not get shipped for a week. I called to find out what was going on and I was met by the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. Turns out they do not have the monitor. They are waiting for a shipment of them to arrive. When I bought this I paid special attention to stock. The web site did not say out of stock. This was out of stock every where else. Turns out it was out of stock here to. These folks simply do not update there stock on line. So you will never know if they have what you are ordering. I was told and I quote " it is too hard to keep up with 3000 items". Ok, fine. I started to tell the person I was speaking with that if they did not have it Monday. Which is when he said he thinks they will be in. To simply cancel my order. I was hung up on at "if you do not". This guy did not even give me the chance to finish my sentence. He hung up on me and cancelled my order. He did not tell me he was canceling my order. He did not tell me I would get my money back. I was left completely in the dark. When I tried to call back (many times). They did not answer. So I was left wondering what was going on. To anyone who reads this. Just beware. These folks have no patients and clearly do not care about customer issues ( at least not on this day). Update. I did get my money back and the item now says out of stock. All of this could have been avoided by a customer service rep that listened and said sorry. I own a business and make it a point not to leave bad reviews. Reviews normally do not hurt the business owner but more so the employees. Everyone has a bad day once and a while. Maybe there are extenuating circumstances that you don't know about. What ever the case may be being rude is bad but I get it. It happens. How ever hanging up on a customer that you have taken money from is not OK.
