Small, half limp cuttings even with the added cold pack and coming well packaged, and only 2 days in transit with normal summer weather. No branching to speak of. They will probably still do okay in the pond after a week or so to recover and eventually grow but for the price I expected a bit better than just something that was snipped off in regular pruning.

Ordered 3 pots of giant hairgrass. Came will duckweed and baby snails, which was okay with me but maybe not others. 1 of 3 pots was pretty melty and dead.

Plants arrived healthy and good looking

Plants came earlier than expected! If you order in summer I definitely recommend adding ice packs. Mine was a small order shipped to SC and after 3 days the single ice pack was melted. Plants looked ok and are thriving now with new shoot growth after being in the tank a few weeks. Note: I noticed 3 rogue baby snails today. Hoping that wouldn’t happen, but I know it was never a guarantee. Not upset with a little extra cleaning help, but will have to remove if they become a breeding nuisance. Will consider Alum dip on my next order. Overall very pleased!

Foremost, the two plant varieties I order were correctly identified (something other sites, don’t always achieve). While the packaging was reasonable and kept the plants alive during shipping. The specimens I received weren’t amazing; I’m not going to go snap an Instagram photo of them. But they were healthy and viable. Stress from shipping is expected, and I suspect everything I ordered will return to full health after a few weeks of care. As online plant orders go, this was a good experience.

Wow plants looked gorgeous! All ten species arrived looking great! Got more than I expected. Forgot to buy an ice pack for my $60 order and they put one in there for free! Even arrived one day earlier. This was the second time I've purchased from aquariumplants.com and this time was way better!
