Worse after their Reply to the feedback mind you. They just don’t get it. Good Luck

Horrible customer service they waited 4 days still fulfillment order/plants? I needed to reach out to them!?! I asked for a refund they were rude to me. I will never order from this company again. I will tell my customers and everyone that orders plants not to use this company. I Hope it was worth it I ordered on Sunday my day off nice try. 4 DAYS LATER SAYS STILL AWAITING FULFILLMENT / NOT SHIPPED HELLO!?! Laughing I get live fish faster than your plants. THEY reach out to ME they’re ON THE BALL THEY ARE! Hello Hello? They take care of me. COMMUNICATION I KNOW THATS A HARD WORD FOR YOU. OH I GET IT MONDAY YOU CLIP PLANTS WEDNESDAY YOU ARE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS THEN FRIDAY SHIP PLANTS? GOT IT SUNDAY LIE ABOUT ORDERS. I don’t have to sign into your stupid email subscription and still see the same thing after 3-4 days. Thanks! No Communication good day Sir!

You ordered on a Monday. This was your email on Wednesday: "Why haven’t I received my order yet? It says hasn’t even shipped? I would have ordered somewhere else if was going to take this long I want a full refund please I’ll ordered from someone that’s on the ball" This was my response: I sent the link to our plant shipping schedule that you said you read when you checked out. Shipping Info & Shipping Schedule - Aquarium Plants.com NORMAL SHIPPING SCHEDULE (for live plants) Order deadline (for plants) is always SUNDAY midnight EST. Plant orders rec'd before Sun at 11:59 PM are FRESHLY Harvested on Monday. aquariumplants.com "We've been on the ball for over 19 years. Looks like you are the one who failed to be. Good luck." This was your response: "Not only have you burned my future business you gave me a reason to purposely never recommend and in fact caution my buyers not to order from you. If you knew the influence I have on the hobby you’d take those words back way back. Hope that was worth it to you. Thank you" This is the only contact you have had with us. You were refunded right away as asked. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I don't know what calendar you are looking at, but on mine October 25 was MONDAY. You ordered on MONDAY at 7:54. Your rude email came in on Wednesday wanting a refund which we gave you right away, and no we do not ship plants on Friday. It seems as though 436,407 people can understand. I guess you are the exception.
