I ordered plants and snails, 12 Nerite. The site said 2 day shipping was fine for plants and snails. Maybe OK for the northern states but I live in Tucson where the temps are already in the mid 90’s. Site said ice pack was needed, so I ordered that too. Two days after shipment, plants arrived ok but snails were all dead. I wrote them about the dead snails and no response. Very disappointing. I had ordered plants and substrate many years ago and never had a problem. Considering what happened I would not have spent the $20 for the snails and just went with the plants. Ed

This was my first purchase. I was very impressed with the selection on the site. But I was really excited when I got my order. It arrived just when expected. The plants were mature and healthy and very well packed. And when they say “includes 10”, they are not kidding. Highly recommend and wish I’d found them sooner!

...of the number of orders I've placed with AP. I've never been disappointed. Not even once. I don't have to worry about snails, algae, pests, or disease being drug into my tanks. I don't have to wonder if the plants will show up wilted after being shoved into a baggy with a wet paper towel. The plants are healthy and amazingly well packed for shipping. It's add to the enjoyment of the hobby!

Fast delivery and the plants looked healthy

Attractive plants, really happy with how my aquarium looks

The plants that I received were actually better than I had expected. They arrived in perfect, healthy condition and they arrived very quickly.

Very happy with the jungle val I got, it's doing wonderful. The guppy grass I received however was fairly dead to start with. It's not doing well at all and I'm debating pulling it all out and tossing it, before it fully dies and breaks apart in my tank.

Your plants are the best! Always arrive in perfect condition. You never short an order, always giving even more than you say you will. Great prices, awesome selection. And, best of all, they take to my aquarium and grow really well. I love your company!
