I’m really happy with my order! I shopped around and found that Aquarium Plants had the best prices for the live plants I was looking for including shipping. It can be risky buying plants online but the folks at Aquarium Plants packaged everything really well so that the plants arrived in excellent condition. The plants are doing well so far and I will be happy to purchase from Aquarium Plants again in the future!

The plant arrived healthily and flowered a few days after I received it. However, I am unhappy with their customer service. Aquarium plants was/is offering a special discounted shipping option for live plants (2nd day air for $9.99). Since there was no checkout option available at the discounted price, I contacted Aquarium plants. I was told to pay for a more expensive shipping option and that the difference would be refunded. I still have not received the refund. I sent them a cordial reminder about the refund several weeks after receiving the plant. They responded by sending me a copy of the invoice with no explanation or refund given. I would have been happy to pay the extra $9, but they offered reduced shipping and never followed through. Five stars for the plant. Three stars for promising something and not delivering.

I had a issue with an order that I had received late (Because of FedEx ) so I emailed your shipping dept via email and I had a phone call back within 15 mins of when I called. Your staff was friendly and courteous. They handled the problem right away and I received my replacement order with no problems, just as promised. This is why I do business with the professionals at Aquarium Plants.com.I should also mention that they have the Best Plants on the Internet at very reasonable prices. Thanks Again, David
