I found this shop on Google, so I thought I'd get some of the live plants for my new tank. The selection was great! I was surprised how wonderful they were packed, everything was protected and in perfect health. I liked the prices and love how big my plants were. My tank looks great and there is very minimal melt on any plant! I'll shop here again. I like that their shop is in my state and I can support local a business. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I ordered snails! They turned out great. They're loving the 30g tank. :)

Owner has a REALLY bad attitude. I have chosen to update my review after my conversation with them. Had I known this is how they would handle a fairly small issue, I would’ve never ordered from them at all. They are so tactful with customer service, they even called me a democrat as an insult in their last email… I did not receive one of the plants I ordered. The paper the plants were wrapped in was shredded by the time I unpacked everything and it sat around for a while. There was nothing left in there. As I was too busy to add the plants to my tank immediately, I treated them with bleach and put them in a bowl for a week or so. I didn’t notice something was missing until I went to place another order (different company) and a lightbulb went off that I had already ordered some. My fault for not checking sooner. But dang! Instead of just pointing to their policy (that I wasn’t aware of) they got upset about a neutral review and chose to send accusations (in caps-lock) and insults my way. Seriously, they could’ve just sent me a link to their policy. Neutral reviews happen. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen. But this is certainly not the way to go about resolving anything. I’m not allowed to post links here, but I’ve posted the conversation on Imgur in album 8SLC6M3 for anyone who cares to see it.

I ordered American Frogbit ... plants were received quickly, and they were large and healthy, all are currently thriving in my backyard pond. only request I have in future is for a care-guide or planting instructions when ordering plants. the Frogbit received doesn't resemble the frogbit on the website, but after a few google-searches I was able to figure out why and what to do.

The plants arrived quickly and all looked good. I was happy that I opted for the ice pack in this east coast summer heat, though. I also called them with a question about my order and customer service was great. Definitely would order again.

Great plants.

Clear magic works wonderfully. Had some pellets change the water color but put in a mixture of the magic and within 20 minutes the tank started to clear up.

Plants came.plants planted. Growing ensues.fish die but plants thrive. Sadness and joy
