Seller never responded to múltiple queries regarding a problem with order. Due to seller and shipping errors, most plants arrived damaged. All but two plants have since died. This is the email I sent that never was acknowledged by seller. Am very hesitant to order from them again. “According to the information on your website, our order would be shipped the following Monday, since I purposefully didn’t order in time for the Sunday cutoff. I knew I’d be out of town for the holiday weekend, so I placed my order last Monday expecting it to be shipped tomorrow Tuesday the 5th (since the 4th is a holiday), and I’d be prepared to sign for and receive our shipment anytime this week. Much to my surprise, a. Umber of things happened: *our order was shipped in the middle of the week (instead of on Monday or Tuesday). This caused our order to be delivered when no one was home to receive it *Fedex failed to get my or my neighbors signature, instead choosing to leave our box outside the whole weekend. Due to these issues, when I finally got home today (fourth of July), I got my shipment, opened it, and realized that all our Vallisneria plants arrived in very poor condition. I truly believe they will not survive, but I immediately placed them in dechlorinated water and will let them rest overnight before trimming off dead parts tomorrow morning. The other plants I ordered arrived a little bruised and a little damaged, but I’m fairly confident they will rebound and be ok eventually. May we please have our Vallisneria plants replaced? I am attaching a photo of the plants right after unpacking them for your reference. I am hoping to order from you again soon, but would like to make sure we have our first order all taken care of before placing my next order for our second aquarium. I am truly grateful for any assistance you can provide. I realize errors were made that created this situation in the first place, but I understand things happen sometimes. Please help.”

I’ve ordered 3 times from Aquarium Plants and I’ve always received healthy beautiful waterlilies from them. They recommend the ice packs and it’s a good idea as its hotter now in summer.
