The plants seemed healthy, but had a lot of sludge/debris and what looked to be bugs included with them. By the time I sanitized them, cleaned them, and quarantined them before putting them in my tank, they weren't as nice/healthy. Ended up throwing out some. I shouldn't have to do all that. Definitely expected to have cleaner plants.

I ordered spiral eel grass with the 2 day fed ex delivery and the ice pack since the company is located in Florida and I’m in south Louisiana. The plants shipped on time but got lost with fed ex. Instead of 2 days they arrived 7 days after they were shipped. I had spoken to Randy at AquariumPlants.com to tell him the situation and he was very helpful. The plants actually looked better than what I expected. Since these were going in a fish pond I planted them to see what will happen. The roots of the plant still had white tips and the plants had a few brown leaves. Randy said to call him back in a week to let him know how the plants are doing and if he will need to replace them. Can’t ask for better service

Plants arrived in good condition. I did not get a shipping email so was pleasantly surprised to find them on my porch.
