This is the second interaction I've had…
This is the second interaction I've had with the Aqara support team. Both times I was able to get to second line support and not have to go through my complete issue twice. Both times the issue was resolved and new hardware sent out within 2 days of resolution.

My J200 set suddenly alerted regarding a battery, and couldn’t charge 100% (almost 50%). I reported Aqara team on Monday, then they send another set on Friday! I appreciate very swift service!
