I’ve been buying their stuff for years, and been amazed at how well they work considering their low price. This is different though, it was a door lock that was very expensive and very premium. It was the first time I had a problem with their stuff, the keyboard just stopped responding. Following ChatGPT’s advice, I emailed them, including my account details, the lock’s serial number, and the invoice from Amazon. They replied back asking for a video of the malfunctioning lock, which I sent, and they sent me a brand new replacement. Awesome.
