I moved so the stickers that has the pairing code was lost and i needed to reconfigure the wifi so i just took a screenshot of the serial number of the G100 emailed aqara support and they gave me a soft copy of the QR code it was easy and straightforward!

Très bonne expérience avec le service client Aqara. J’ai rencontré plusieurs problèmes avec l’un de mes appareils, notamment une consommation anormalement élevée des piles. Après avoir repris contact avec leur support, Daisy a pris le temps de suivre mon dossier et m’a rapidement proposé une solution. Un appareil de remplacement a été envoyé sans complication et la prise en charge a été simple, rapide et efficace. C’est aussi dans ce genre de situation qu’on juge une marque : un problème peut toujours arriver avec un produit, mais la qualité du SAV fait toute la différence. Merci à Daisy et à l’équipe Aqara pour leur sérieux et leur réactivité !
