Aqara support has been responsive for a complex issue systematically and in genuinely helpful ways, technically troubleshooting first, and offering replacements where needed, without hesitation. That's how support should be. Thanks!

Great customer service. I had a problem syncing a smart plug, three in fact. Customer Services picked it up from the Forum and came back to me with things to try. In the end the solution was something different. I needed in Apple HomeKit to configure settings so that there is only one dedicated hub as opposed to the HomeKit app simply choosing what it thinks is best. It seems the problem is resolved. Nonetheless Aqara were very helpful and clear with their support.
