I had the most fortunate experience today to call and talk to Mr. Billy Jackson. The reason for my call to Appliances of America was because my 40+ year old 24 inch Kenmore wall oven died and I need to replace it with a stainless steel 24 inch Kitchen Aide double convection one. It was wonderful to get Billy Jackson on the phone - from the first moment of my call I knew I was in very good hands. Mr. Jackson possesses the most genuine kind and connecting voice and I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me make the right selection. It was very nice to actually speak with some one that sincerely cared about my situation and wished to assist me in an honest manner. He was not only concerned about me making the purchase - he took the time to explain to me how long it would take to order the oven, the shipping process, and how my credit card would be charged. I hope that when Mr. Jackson's next evaluation comes up that he will be compensated at the highest level possible -- because he sincerely desires it.
