I spoke with Billy Jackson 2 days ago while I was researching my purchase. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There was no pushiness whatsoever. When I decided on the range, I called Billy back this morning and again had a very positive experience. Plus I was able to get the range I wanted for almost $800 less than what it would have cost me at a big box store!

I am normally very hesitant dealing with the internet and unfamiliar places as we are brainwashed toward big box stores. However, I called AofA and my experience was stress free. I spent quite a bit of time educating myself and Sean was exceptional. He went the extra mile and the firm itself has nothing but the customers best interest. Sean told me that our washer had been damaged so instead of sending it to me and wasting time and money they offered me a full refund or a upgrade with a small price increase. Billy Jackson handled this with me on the phone. Call me old fashion but I feel one gets a better understanding in one phone call than 12 email exchanges. He spent the time explaining the situation and sensed my discomfort. He understood I was on a strict budget and helped me out with the change. When I said goodbye I felt confident in the decision. I bought 4 appliances through AoA and should recieve the fridge and cooktop this coming week followed by the w/d next week. Assuming ny to fla and no transit damage I'm very excited. Will update this upon receipt of goods.

Fridge came delivered as advertised. Good price and quick delivery. Plus, their service representative, Billy, was super nice. Highly recommended.
