I spent quite some time shopping around online for microwave/oven combos when I came across Appliances of America. I had a few questions I wanted validated that I couldn’t get from online. (I wanted to make sure that there weren’t going to be any hidden fees or charges.) When I called, I spoke to a gentleman named Billy Jackson. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the price, tax, delivery time, etc. Billy had a very friendly demeanor over the phone. I also did not feel pressured to buy anything at all, which is usually the case when I speak to sales people. Billy was just very helpful, and didn’t make me feel rushed. He was patient with my questions and because of that, it made me want to call him back a few days later to place the order. I had several other options to choose from, but the pricing and great customer service from Billy just won me over. I would definitely recommend Appliances of America for anyone that is looking for a great deal, and great customer service. Thank you again for your help, Billy.

I was hoping to find the GE Profile series at a competitive price and Billy of Appliances of America blew all competitors out of the water. And they hold items to be delivered the date that you want.

After looking for a high-end oven (>$2,000) for several months, we finally decided on a brand and model. I "googled" it and Appliance of America (AoA) were outrunning everyone on the price. After a few questions on the website chat window I was pleasantly forwarded (with no hold time) to Billy, the most genuine salesman I've ever met, particularly from New Jersey :). SImple, clear, and easy to do business with. Free shipping, no taxes, and a warrantee extension...it doesn't get better!! Everything about this transaction was flawless. Keep it up AoA, more customers are coming!

I just want to commend Billy from Appliance Company of America for excellent customer service, a virtue that has been lost at most companies over the years. Billy took my call when I had questions about an order from the website. I was advised by a friend who is an appliance repair professional that this particular oven was the one to buy, had all the features we were looking for, including the double convection oven and gas range top, and this was the company to order from. But I hit a road block when I got the message on the website that stated they could not deliver to my area because I was more than 150 miles away. Because I trusted my friend who made the recommendation I decided to call the company to see if they can do anything for me. Never hurts to try, right? I am glad I did because Billy informed me that they COULD deliver to my state of South Carolina, and they would also honor the free shipping. After having a pleasurable conversation with Billy, it felt like we were friends and he was willing to go above and beyond to make us a good deal and help us fulfill our needs. This company has the customer service concept of an old fashioned company of yesteryear, and this is a rare find. Not only was the customer service supurb, the prices were way better than any of the big box stores such as Lowes. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone purchasing appliances.

I ordered a beverage cooler from Appliances of America. The website was extremely easy to use, and the support from customer service was excellent. The sales rep, Billy Jackson, did an excellent job finalizing the order, communicating the details and following up with verbal and on-line communication. I was looking to replace my small refrigerator. I looked on line and found Appliances of America. What attracted me was the great reviews and the fact that they donate to an organization I support Wounded Warriors. I placed the order. The next day I received a call from Bill in customer service. He was great to work with and wanted to make sure my order was being processed and when I can expect a delivery date. He worked with me to have the delivery fit my schedule. I applaud the fact that this company is donating to great organizations. They are setting the bar for other companies to do the same. Good going guy
