Billy Jackson has the best customer service skills! He is kind and funny. He followed up with me at least 10 times and did not give up when my phone was not working. He got me the best deal on my new LG french door fridge and expedited the shipping by 2 weeks (for extra fee) which is what I need! THANK YOU, Billy! Will be coming back for sure!

I ordered an under-counter refrigerator online after verifying the item was available over the phone. The rep I spoke with was friendly and helpful.
