I was looking for a refrigerator, usually go with Home Depot or Lowes, but did an internet search with the model number of the fridge I was looking for and Appliances of America came up with an excellant price. I decided to purchase the LG fridge I wanted, because of the price and that I wouldn't have to pay taxes. I waited a few days and never heard anything, other than the initial email. I did the chat tool and spoke to someone who said a representative would contact me very shortly. I waited a few hours, contacted the chat person again, this person was shocked no one had contacted me...she then had Billy call me right away. He was very nice over the phone, explaining how their process works about the 7 to 14 days before we would have a tracking number for delivery. He did say that if we had any other further questions to contact him. About a week later, I have not heard anything so I searched out local stores for the fridge and found it was cheaper than what I spent. I then looked at Appliances of America and the price even cheaper. I contacted Billy and he said they would honor the credit to my card. It has been a pleasure working with Billy Jackson and we may work with him again when we decide to purchase a new stove. Thank you for everything.
