The buying experience has been great. Billy was quick to call me and let me know what was going on with order. I didn't know that these guys existed until I did a search and there they are! I know where I'm going to start looking for more deals.

I am always skeptical of good deals. So when I found the lowest price on my refrigerator on their website, I searched for a reason not to buy from them. But I couldn't find one. And I couldn't justify paying $350 more at a local big box store. I decided to give them a shot, and I'm glad I did. I placed an order online, and received a call two days later to confirm the details of my order and discuss the delivery procedure. After a friendly conversation, I am confident that my refrigerator will arrive in a timely manner and that Appliances of America will take care of any issues if they should arise. Buy with confidence.

The price was great and the service good. And with free shipping and no tax I couldn't find a better value anywhere. Though I have to wait for the shipping time, it's well worth it all things considered.

I have gotten as far as placing my order but so far it has been an exceptional experience. First, the price on the appliance had gone up over the weekend but Billy honored the original price which was about 400 less than any place I had seen and I was price shopping. Next, he gave me a lot of practical and honest advice about what he would do in terms of warranties and installation. He spent at least 20 minutes answering questions by phone and it did not feel transactional but really genuine. If the rest of the transaction goes as well as the first part I will never buy another appliance anywhere else again. Very pleased.

I placed a 5 piece appliance order from A of A today over the phone with Billy. I have been on & off to the phone with him for the past several days, while I decided which model #'s I wanted. He called me multiple times to see if I was ready to make my purchase. He answered all my questions, was very knowledgable and was able to price match 2 of my items with a lower price I found online. I got such a great deal on my new applianes & on top of that they don't charge tax or shipping fees. I haven't recieved my items yet, but so far everything has been great and I will be recommending them to lots of people.

I was thinking about buying this Weber Grill on Amazon but after searching more on the web I found this Appliances of America. They have a great price and they are local. I like dealing with local store. I find they treat you better. I called today to verify that I was ordering the correct color and the customer service representative Billy was extremely helpfull. I did the right thing. I got a great price and I know exactly who I am dealing with. Didn't get the grill yet but I feel confident that I will be well taken care of if I have any problems. Thanks Billy for the awesome service. I hope to buy from you again.
