I had difficulties with the Website and called the company. Talked to Billy, oh my, what a great person! Makes you smile just talking to him. I ordered my GE Cafe microwave/convection oven. Best price on the Internet. I have been shopping for a couple of months for this appliance. Finally, today I made my decision and ordered it from Appliances of America. Everything was processed very fast and I am waiting for my microwave to arrive. As I said, so far, best decision I made, they made me feel very comfortable and confident.

I chose Appliances of America solely on price, but I have been adequately served since order. Everything has been easy and efficient. I'm looking forward to delivery.

I purchased a washer and dryer from appliances of america. I first purchased these items at another location; however, they were/are on back order. I wanted the items sooner and found them at this company. Since I purchased the items for less at the other location, I was able to speak with Jessica (over chat) and she was able to guarantee their price match with absolutely no issue. Billy called me about 2 minutes later and I placed my order via the phone. Billy also gave me a discount on the warranties which I typically don't purchase but figured it was a good idea since I tend to break everything. I would say my overall experience with my purchase was great! I will get my washer and dryer much quicker than had I stuck with the previous location and I also got a warranty and spent the same amount. The only thing I would say is that their site needs some work. It's got a great layout, but I couldn't find the create account area and when I got my receipt an account wasn't auto created for me so I can't really check on the status of the order until I am able to create an account. Plus I am a programmer so I am nit picky about websites. That shouldn't detract from the fact that the customer service was awesome and they honored the price match with no hassle at all. Which is definitely rare.

if you ever need an appliance you need to go to appliance of America what a unbelievable experience I had purchasing a washer and dryer the salesperson Billy the Kid was awesome made you laugh put you in the right direction excellent excellent price you won't beat it anywhere no need talking to a machine Billy the Kid salesperson will not do you wrong this man needs a raise because he should be the employee of the year thank you very much Gumby from Cleveland Ohio
