We are in the middle of a full kitchen remodel. Once we narrowed down our appliance makes and model, we were looking for the best price available. It is very natural to tend to stick to "big box" retailers because they are well known and offer great financing deals. However Appliances of America offered our desired LG refrigerator $500 cheaper than the sale price of a well known "big box" plus an additional $200+ savings on tax and we are looking at savings over $700!! We were requesting a short delivery time frame which led us on a different path due to limited availability. Appliances of America went above and beyond to help find alternate solutions and make sure as a potential customer I was taken care of. I sincerely appreciate their integrity and follow through!!

I ordered an LG refrigerator from this company online on 03/28 and was a little leary about having something delivered from an online store much less not installed but the free shipping and the free tax and the sale price were about $450 away from my next price so i went for it. Then my local store decided to match the price but they would offer install as well, that gave me some assurance and while i would have to pay the tax i initially planned to cancel this order and go with someone i know (Best Buy). I called to cancel and i spoke with a man named Billy who was super nice and could tell i was leary of the online store, he was not going to let the sale go! He gave me the install free and with no tax i couldn't turn down the offer. My refrigerator arrived today, it's beautiful, working, installed and i couldn't be happier. THANK YOU BILLY! You did everything you told me you were going to do and then some and I am definitely going to be a return customer (don't forget i need a dishwasher still!). Friendly, polite, wants your business, above and beyond - that's what i have received so far from Bill as well as this company and is the reason i will look to them in the future for my next appliance purchase.

I was able to confirm my order with Billy in customer service and he answered all of my questions and concerns with the the upmost professionalism. It was a good experience talking to their sale department. For the reason that the company offered a competitive price, I made my final decision purchased a LG refrigerator. It was very pleasant and comfortable talking to Billy, the leadership of the company. Right now, my appliance is on the way delivering to my home. I found the 48" kitchenaid stove I was buying for my kitchen remodel on sale at appliancesofamerica.com for $2500 less than other web sites or stores. Unbelievable! Ordering was seamless and Billy contacted me almost immediately to walk me through the process and the expected time until delivery. I haven't yet received it so I cannot comment on timeliness or product condition yet.

Saw an Appliances of America ad link on a Google look-up for a Bosch double oven model. The web site deal was the best I had found, and seemed too good to be true, so I called the company. Billy Jackson answered all of my questions and confirmed the product's availability, the price and shipping terms, finalized my order, and was extremely pleasant and nice on the phone. We'll definitely look to Appliances of America for our next appliance need.
