After reading many positive reviews of Appliances of America on their web site, many singing the praises of" Billy," I was lucky enough to get to speak with Billy when I called to inquire about a refrigerator, now there is a man who enjoys his work and is also a great salesperson, he made me believe I really needed to purchase a new refrigerator from him and I did. I believe he did go above and beyond to satisfy my needs, time will tell. It was an enjoyable experience . Not sure how many stars to give this company since I really won't know until my new fridge arrives but I will give 5 stars to Billy.

Website was easy to use and the price was better than anybody else. Customer service (Billy) was polite and responsive. A+ experience.

I recently ordered a double wall oven from Appliances of America. I was all set to order it from one of the usual home appliance stores when I decided I should check one more time online. Glad I did! Appliances of America was nearly $400 cheaper than the next cheapest source. Free shipping and no sales tax bumped up my savings to over $600. I called customer service on this morning to confirm my order and shipping information as well as to get an idea of the ship date. I spoke with the nicest gentleman, Billy Jackson who not only was able to help me but also informed me of additional options for both warrantee as well as delivery. I decided against the extended warrantee but did wish Billy a happy birthday as his anniversary is July 14. Based on this transaction and the excellent customer service from Billy, I will not hesitate purchasing from appliances of america in the future.

I called this morning just to check out the price for the refrigerator but because of Billy excellent service we decided to purchase from him. He was very thorough very responsive and very patient with me. Thanks for you help, Billy.

This is 4th appliance I am buying this year but first time from Appliances of America. I had ordered this Brand new LG refrigerator 7/11/15 about 110 dollar less than home depot and also tax saving together about 220. After ordering online with IN HOME DELIVERY free I realize have to call them further two days later I call them. Billy Jackson took my call. He told me it may take 3 to 4 weeks for regular delivery that also in front door of the house or in your garage delivery. He offer me by taking an extra insurance for $300 they will give me 4 extra year (1 year by LG) warranty for parts and labor, white glove delivery plus express 7(W) day delivery and best part is if I do not use there insurance next 5 years Appliance of America reimburse 50% of the insurance premium ($150). They have given me the email confirmation too. So far so good. I will update if they fulfill there promises.

We recently placed an order with Appliances of America. I spoke with Billy on the phone regarding the order this afternoon & would like to express my thoughts on the experience. Billy was very friendly, interested in what part of the country I was calling from, and worked with me to expedite the order. I will update/submit a new review when we receive our new refrigerator. If everything goes smoothly, I think we've found a new way to purchase things for our home.
