It was a pleasure to talk to Billy. Billy had a lot of knowledge, was friendly, offered additional service and went above and beyond with his customer service. I will definitely consider Billy's service again.

I ordered a product from Appliances of America and spoke to customer service rep Billy J. Billy is awesome, really friendly and very upbeat/personable! He made the experience really fun and told me customer service is their #1 priority. He assured me my appliance (refrigerator) would arrive within the time I needed it and would work with me if I needed to expedite shipping, without any doubts/hesitation. Appliances of America offered the best deal I could find on the refrigerator and their customer support were very nice. It's great to work with such a professional company!

Billy was extremely helpful with our recent purchase of the Samsung Chef Collection Induction Range. After waiting forever for an local dealer to even give us a quote. Billy give us very a combative price and set everything up within just one hour. Now we are just waiting for the new range. Can't wait to test it out with induction technology now.

(2/2/2016) I have not received the 5 year warranty that was part of my stove order. I have been calling and emailing since last July about getting it. I did receive the stove around 8/14/15. So far they have not responded to BBB requests. Today I am contacting the NJ Consumer Affairs to try and obtain results. (7/15/15) Today Billy of "Appliances of America" called to update me on my appliance purchase and upcoming shipping. He was very considerate and after reviewing my purchase, actually offered an additional service warranty to ease the long shipping time. I am impressed with their attention to the customer. (7/09/15) I was looking to purchase a slide-in Samsung electric range locally. Expecting July 4th to give me the best big box or other supplier deal for the range. I was disappointed in the local choices and reviewed on-line availability. "Appliances of America" showed a very good price; but I was somewhat skeptical (just my nature). After reading the reviews on-line I decided to call. Sean answered the 800 number and was very professional, his demeanor was low key and was helpful in describing the product and some options available. He made the process very easy and concluded by adding their 1 year extra warranty for free. The shipment may take up to 4 weeks which is ok with me so I cannot talk about that part of the process. If there is an issue I will certainly let the community know. I am happy with the purchase and looking forward to receiving it. Jack

Billy was a great sales person that was timely and thorough with his response. He very helpful to walk me through the process without seeming pushy or like he was trying to sell me something. He is a great help.

I normally don't write reviews but I had been looking for a single unit double oven for a long time at a price i could afford and Appliances of America made it happen. They were $500 lower than Sears and Sears was running a 4th of July Sale. Appliances of America seem to have the lowest prices around and once I ordered they called and offered to give me a free upgrade to White Glove Delivery which was awesome. Thanks AoA!

Billy has provided an excellent service in selling the refrigerator to us. Even after the sale we found out that fridge we had just bought would not fit in our kitchen, Billy gladly made an exchange for us and even did a price match from the first unit we had purchased to the exchange. Mara has also provided excellent customer service and great help. Thank you Billy for superior service, great price and excellent overall experience.
