Well my lg washer broke again we have had it for 4 years and it broke 3 times already! So the gentlemen was going to come out to fix it but it is a stackable, so he won't fix it REALLY! So I had to contact Home Depot it took awhile to get two repair men to come out. They are coming today personally I think we paid for a lemon. We spend over $1700.00 for the pair and warranty. WE WILL NEVER BUT A L G AGAIN, YOUR PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND LAZY. I SHOULD GET A NEW WASHER. SINCERELY MRS. CARLENE RAMIREZ

Zero stars!! I Paid extra to have dryer installed and it turns out delivery guys damaged dryer. They left it as a loaner till the replacement arrived. Little did I know they damaged the pedestal also and hid it from me. The new delivery guys with My replacement dryer pulled out the dryer attached to the pedestal and there's a huge dent on the side facing the wall. I called LG they told me nothing they can do it's been more than 48 hours. Even though their delivery team damaged it. I called every different number. I paid extra for delivery so this wouldn't be an issue of installing it wrong or damaging it. But little did I know they just want $ and don't care at all about the consumer. Paid 3,000.00 For a brand new damaged pedestal and dryer. Don't buy from LG. You'll regret it.

LG = I learned from personal experience is really short for “Loads of Garbage” = it’s another Corrupt Corporation! "Life's Good" they say - yes - for them when they take their customer's money by escaping paying up for services due. The crooks are laughing. Their refrigerator warranty explicitly states "Food Loss: You will be reimbursed for food losses resulting from the operational or mechanical failure of Your refrigerator or freezer up to $250 per appliance over the life of the service Contract." They are still not reimbursing us for our food loss. Can you believe it?! Naked, open and blatant corruption. Our LG Instaview stopped cooling properly more than 2 weeks ago and we lost a fridge-load of food because they did not come to repair our fridge for more than 2 weeks even though our LG fridge is still under warranty! Their technician finally came and repaired it. After that we answered all LG's questions on their phone text message questionnaire regarding the food compensation application. These loads of garbage (LG) finally replied: "Thank you for your submission. After careful review, we are unable to approve your request.” “Careful review”??? We will never buy LG again. We were going to buy an LG OLED tv this March but not anymore. We'll probably buy Sony. LG you have made a loyal customer of 20 years very unhappy. I and my wife will do everything in our power to discourage anyone in our very large extended family and community from ever buying LG or even think of buying anything LG. Loads of Garbage. We will never be able to recommend LG to anyone anymore. We couldn’t even find an LG Page on Facebook to reach out to them. They’re deliberately disallowing comments. Good-bye.

Purchased a LG television back in September which was a display version, firstly didn’t put the right legs for the tele in the box so had to order the right ones from LG... legs took 4 weeks to arrive! With no screws?! Got back into contact with them and they told me they couldn’t provide me with a tracking number due to it being within their internal emails? - spoke to another employee which gave me a tracking number, which was invalid. However they never turned up. Back to LG to order a new set, 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting. Speak fo someone different every single time you call up and they all have something different to say, fob you off or you get “I understand” go and purchase a tele for near on £1000 which you can’t use for 2 months then tell me you’re not frustrated! Absolutely useless company. Will never by LG again. Gutted is an understatement. Staff need retraining and it would be better if you was assigned the same person by a reference number or something. Shocking!

Absolute garbage. LG charged us 300 bucks to fix a dryer that they never ended up fixing (its still broken 3 months later) and refuse to compensate us in anyway for essentially stealing our money.

I purchased an American style LG fridge freezer in January this year. I purchased it from Appliance City. All was going well until the ice maker stopped working. I reported this to Appliance city on Monday 3rd of August 2020, they got back to me quickly and after some confusion, where they had my appliance down as a washing machine, they sent a request to LG for an engineer to attend and repair the fault. On Wednesday 5th August the fridge freezer packed up completely and we had to empty it throwing away all the food, it was in the middle of a heatwave so nothing could be saved. I sent an e mail straight to Appliance City, I never heard from them again. So i contacted LG direct, explained the problem and I also said the unit should be replaced and his reply was 'there is nothing to say a new one wont pack up' that really inspires confidence. H said that I would hear from an engineer in 48 hours but probably much sooner. I heard nothing so called them again the following day and this time another person spoke to me and stated that an engineer was not yet booked as the previous person did not ask the correct questions, we went through certain items and eventually she booked an engineer on a 48 hour call out. He finaaly arrived on Wednesday 12th August. He said the unit could not be fixed and would need to be changed. I chased this up on a daily basis and ept being told that they was waiting for the engineers report before a 'Team Leader could contact me, I was finally contacted on Tuesday evening on 18th August and then again the following day. I was told that i would be offered options, i stated that I wanted the unit changed and not a refund. On Friday 21st August I received a text with a financial offer, I called them repeating that I don't want a refund I want the unit changed. They stated that there were none in stock and did not know when they would be available which is total nonsense. The unit gas gone up substantially in price and they don't want to replace it. I checked this morning and Curry's have one in stock so I will call them again and see if they will replace mine with the one that Curry's have in stock. I will follow this up when I have more news!

AVOID!! Firstly the one star rating is abit generous, I would prefer to give a zero stars for the beyond poor service I have received, if you are gulliable or easily pushed over then you will not stand a chance. Our 5year old LG washing machine which became faulty and the drum moved to an extent where contact with the glass drum occurred allowing sparks to disperse from the machine *DANGEROUS* The machine was out of warranty but called LG, Was told £139 charge for parts and labour however if in the event the machine could not be repaired the full amount would be refunded (lured in by this) an appointment was placed, first Engineer came out and by the magic of his fingers because he did not use a single tool we was told the device was normal and to continue to use (don’t forget it shoots out sparks which is a potential fire risk) we used the machine regular so we know the machine wasn’t acting its normal self having owned it from new, Unhappy with this answer we got back in touch with LG for a second opinion, they sent out 0800repair a service that does not adhere charges for call outs but just for the repairs. But not a trained LG engineer that we paid for , engineer attended which deemed the machine to be beyond repair (engineer even recommended a different manufacturer of appliance and advised us to stay clear of LG), We rang up LG to discuss the refund due to the device being a total loss however they were waiting for the report from 0800repair which after a week reported a complete bag of lies and that we declined the machine to be repaired however we were never given a quote to repair or the option to repair. According to LG we are to blame for this miscommunication (what happened to the customer always being right?), however they have admitted the engineers and subcontractors will be educated on the matter (what good is that to me) but we aren’t allowed a full refund. From the first phone call to last contact with LG it has been a month without a washing machine! Simple Save yourself the hassle, don’t buy LG! Lost a long serving customer due to your incompetent and uneducated staff
