If you do business with this company you are a fool. They refused to take back a part that was shipped to me as a substitute for the original part that I ordered. After much debate they agreed to take it back if I paid the shipping. After they received it they stated that it had been used and would not refund my purchase price. I doubt they will return the part to me. You have been warned.

Sent a replacement part that would not fit, was the wrong type of connection to frig ice maker valve; 6 emails and counting... still haven’t agreed to the return. Never again. Buy local and avoid these people.

I ordered and paid for a correct and original replacement part number that they advertised as "in stock". When it came time ship out they claimed inventory was wrong so they sent out a alternate item number which should have been about half the cost. I was still charged the original cost part.

2nd Day shipping is a Joke Ordered the part, the invoice showed it would ship next day. Paid for 2 day shipping, 2 days later received an email stating it would take up to 7 days. Emailed a please cancel note. Ap4A responded with a request for a picture of the serial number tag, seriously? I responded a told them to cancel again, they stated they would refund the difference for 2 day shipping. Part showed up a few days later. Left 2 messages no answer. emailed and "customer support" would not agree to any settlement and asked for me to return, would not pay return shipping. i returned the part, didn't get any shipping settlement and was charged a restocking fee. Check the BBB, bad reviews there too. Horrible experience..

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst company to deal with. I ordered a drawer for my refrigerator, they sent me the wrong drawer so I notified them. They will not send me the right drawer, nor will they refund my money. They are thieves. Emails have gone back and forth and they keep telling me to be patient. I call to try to speak with someone and all I get is voicemail. Do not buy from this company, they cannot be trusted!

I will already remember appliances parts 4 all as a website I will never buy appliance parts from. Their return policy is one sided and bs.

I ordered the wrong part returned it took them 45 days to credit via paypal total spent w/tax and shipping from and to 119.0 and change . During the the last 45 days many calls have been placed to them in regards to a credit did i mention that they hung up on me a few times right before they did, Terry stated Im not having this conversation with you any more click . Finally got my credit the other day of 83.65 . minus 12% restocking fee ,shipping charges and tax!!!!! SHOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS! Next time going to order thru Amazon .

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Do NOT buy from these scammers!!! 5404 Whitsett Ave #85 91607 is on the website - someone else posted a review saying it’s a house, my research is showing a laundrymat/liquor store/cleaners building. This account is also linked to amazon - with an address of 1544 N Hayworth Ave #1, LA 90046. This looks like an apartment complex with a pool in the back. Has the name “Alvina” linked to amazon. Piece of crap scammers!
