DO NOT USE!! Ordered a dishwasher part that was supposed to ship in "3-4 business days". 2-3 weeks later, nothing. Inquired and was told, "should be shipping in a few days". Waited. 2 weeks later, nothing. Inquired demanding an explanation and perhaps a discount for the massive inconvenience and false claims about delivery. Instead, they chose to just cancel my order without any attempt at customer service. SWEET. Been without our dishwasher for over a month now. So frustrating.

They are not a real parts company they are simply a web host sales site with their business location listed in a mailbox store. They lack in communication, no answers to phone calls, slow response to emails, slow service (took more than 6 weeks and then the complete order was still not filled). Refused to give refund for parts not shipped.....will be filing compliant with the state of CA. Also disputed charges on my CC for credit for the missing aprts from the order...

I purchased parts for my Gas range on 12/18 in anticipation of a technician coming sometime during the holidays. As it turned out I wasn't able to get a technician out until 1/20 due to the holidays and Covid 19. I requested a return of the parts the tech did not need and was told I was beyond the 30 day return policy. Even with further explanation of the situation they would not accept the parts.

Be careful when making an order from this company! I ordered a refrigerator door seal, which arrived badly damaged. When I tried contacting their customer service, no one ever answered my numerous calls, and their "live chat" agent was never available. The only way to communicate with them was by e-mails. Then I found out in order to get either an exchange or refund, I would need to ship back the part at my own expense, and the cheapest cost would be close to the cost of the part! I ended up not returning it and throwing the damaged part away because I didn't want to pay more money with the risk of not getting my money back from a company with poor customer service, and I'm sure this is what they have counted on. I learned my lesson to avoid making purchases from this company and will try to order from stores with a local shop.

Ordered some temperature sensor for our Microwave Oven. Order placed 12/26/2020. Order is stuck with a status of processing. Email the company and no response. Called them and voice-mail. They said immediate shipping when I placed the order. Worried I will lose my money. This place is beyond horrible.

I had a positive experience. I ordered online on Sunday. The two parts I ordered shipped on Monday and I received it on Tuesday, UPS ground. The parts were will packaged. The parts were priced better then any other site I looked at. Thanks.

Ordered a part for stove, sent us the part for dishwasher. Terrible customer service, constantly provide misleading information. Stay away from this company as far as you can. Looks like scam company

appliance parts 4 all, has the worst customer service I have ever experience. No one ever answers the phone, the trouble returning a GE dishwasher part. I wasted time and money. I paid for shipping to ship to me and I paid for shipping to ship the part back plus a 12% restocking fee. I will never buy from them and lesson learned to buy through Amazon.
