Appliance Parts 4 All Com IncReviews of applianceparts4all.com

I needed a bottom door trim for my Whirlpool range listed at $56.00 on other sites and found it for $32.00 plus $10.00 shipping at Applanceparst4all.com. I was a bit nervous after reading the reviews on line but this company delivered. The item was shipped the same day and I received it 3 days after the purchase. Excellent job.

I waited 2 months and they still had no idea when the part was going to ship. It was weird- they kept lying and saying it was about to ship, or they would email me a tracking number in the next day. One of the customer service people finally was honest with me and said they were basically told to say that, to keep customers from canceling as long as possible. But they were selling parts that they had no stock of, and no ETA from the . It might not be a scam- like they must ship some things?- but don't use this place it will drive you crazy. This is all for a part that said it would ship in '2-5 days' when I ordered.

(((((Stay away it’s a scam.))))Product arrives broken and upon investigation it was reshipped broken twice. In my case a glass cooktop. Chunks missing but not found in the sealed factory box which has been opened and poorly tapped. Broken English phone support and difficult measures they need for you to go through To file a claim. This happened twice I finally filed a dispute with Visa. Get this, they wanted to charge me a restocking fee for the two items they shipped out that were broken which they would not pick up…. the glass cooktop was $326 it’s a scam they’re hoping to get a restocking fee which makes no sense why would they restock something or how are they going to restock something that they don’t even want you to return and then they probably turn around and claim damage to UPS I should’ve done my homework before I ordered from them hope this helps anyone that’s thinking of using these folks.

No customer service and deceptive part diagrams. 12 emails to return part and still have no RMA. They tell me it will be emailed each day but nothing. Calling everyday now, hope I get some kind of help. The part ordered was an assembly but when it arrived it was missing parts from the assembly, now they want more money for the missing part (it was shown as part of the assembly). DONT BUY FROM THEM

This company deserves no stars. Silly me made an order prior to reading the reviews. I called the company only to inquire if the part was in stock. They persuaded me to place the order while they were on the phone. Made me think the order would be processed sooner and item shipped the next day. They charged my account immediately and I never received an order confirmation. I called back within 10 mins to cancel the order after reading the valuable reviews. They refused to cancel the order and hung up on me...However, between PayPal and my credit card company I got the funds reversed within 3 days. I refused to be another one of their victims. Please go to Better Business Bureau and notice the over 53 reviews and read the ALERT notice on this company. Beware of this Scam Company!!!! I don't usually write reviews, but I am compelled to do so.

Can never talk to someone and they charged my credit card immediately and never sent the order. Promised 2-3 day shipping AND item was in stock. Ordered September 3 and today is September 27th. I even sent an email in between and they replied order will be sent from factory and received by September 21st. Still no order...going somewhere else and cancelling my order

Terrible customer service. Ordered a DW motor assembly. Told 40 in stock, and it would ship 9/13. Tracking on 9/16 showed still processing so I called. Told system was down and hadn't shipped. Requested order be cancelled and reordered elsewhere. Received email they were processing my return and to allow 2-3 days for credit to show. 2 days later part arrives from new and responsive supplier, and then this part arrived. System still shows processing. Will not take send label to return part. Should not be in this business until they can get their systems figured out, and not lie to customers in the meantime.

Placed online order on Friday, called to check status on Tuesday. "Your order probably has shipped or is about to. I can't tell because our system is down but it should be up tomorrow". Called back Wednesday "Your order is ready to ship. I'll send you an email confirming that's the case by end of the day". No email. Called back Thursday. "You order will be shipped October 4th". When I said to cancel it, I was told " Lete talk to management and see if we can get that out today. If not we can cancel it. I'll send you an email either way. No email. Called back Friday, Told them to cancel it. No further discussion.
