SCAM SITE BEWARE Company site shows it is set up for Paypal. But, when I tried to pay with Paypal, the transaction did not complete. Called the 800 number and that person tried to get me to give him my codes to access to my Paypal account and then wanted me to give him my Visa numbers. Told him I was uncomfortable with his actions and hung up.

If you another victim from this web and they have refused to return your money even after you have shipped back the part. Report them to: USA Government for online safety. I’m planning to place my claim.

I placed my order on a Sunday, when the site said "2 in stock, ships on Mondays." Well, after 4 weeks, it still hadn't shipped. During that time, Customer Service gave me an updated shipping date which came and went. Today they provided yet another date, which I have no confidence in, so I requested a refund. The only thing good I have to say is the Customer Service was responsive, and the refund was quick.

Had to return a part and was asked to jump through ridiculous hoops- hoping I would just give up? Then, after jumping through all the hoops, I received only a partial refund! Customer service told me that there was a 12% restocking fee. Apparently this company likes to brag all over the site about a 30 day return policy and provides zero information on the actual policy. As it turns out, there is a tiny link buried at the bottom of the page- as far away as possible from the huge promises made on the site. When I asked about this, they gave a snarky nasty remark about it being clearly stated on the website. Sorry, but to make promises in "bold" only to hide the reality in a buried link is unprofessional and deceptive. I will never buy from them again, and recommend that others stay away as well.

Terrible company. Ordered part based off web site. Paid extra for one day shipping. Took 4 days. Looked at part. Immediately knew it was wrong and sent it back. Only received a partial refund. Beware!

This company is terrible don't buy from them Took so long to get part we threw fridge away and part arrived week later I never unpacked it they wanted picture of the fridge which was at scrapyard after sending it back they refunded$107 but charged $141 no explanation of deduction I paid $7 shipping to send back total rip off company and took 4 week to refund me don't buy from them

The company website recommended a part after entering my model number. The part was the wrong part. Reached out to the company to return the part. Explained they sent me the wrong part. They charged me Shipping and restocking fee for thier mistake. Then in the fine print of thier return policy it states we can't guarantee we will send you the right part. That should be when you choose the item so you have a choice. Bad company would not recommend them to no one. One other note they seemed like they didn't care didn't even offer to send out the correct part. Don't do business with this comapny
