These guy's were great! I ordered through them because their prices are so much lower. I needed a oven glass replacement in a hurry due to Thanksgiving Holiday and they got it to me in plenty of time. Correct original part timely shipping great Customer Service. Don't listen to the reviews I think people aren't giving right part details or something because these guy's delivered on all levels. THANK YOU SO MUCH HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!

These people are crooks and shouldn't be trusted with a credit card or PayPal payment. Further to that the most recent 5 star reviews on this site all sound fabricated.

Was marked as Backordered online. In a call to get an ETA, I was told that the product was actually in stock in Florida and can ship same day. I placed the order and had the product by 10 next morning.

Part ordered came quickly and in great shape. I had some questions about how to install the refrigerator gasket properly, and customer service sent me a YouTube link that cleared everything up. I was very happy I did this myself rather than paying for a service call. Will definitly order from Appliance Parts 4 All again.

My experience echoes those of the other reviewers below. Went looking for a replacement bin for my Bosch fridge. Several sites on-line had it, but only ApplianceParts4All listed it as 'In Stock'. I placed the order with them, even though I had done business in the past with some of the others. What a mistake. I also placed an order for a pass-through water filter. The following day, I had still not seen a confirmation for my order so I started a chat with them. We located my order confirmation in my junk email, but they told me the bin was back ordered and would arrive directly from Bosch. The water filter was supposed to ship that day. 4 days later, I spoke to another agent - the water filter has still not shipped (still shows as shipping next day on their website listing!!). Now everything is supposed to ship on Monday because it has to ship together according to the representative - it has to ship on the same day from two different locations. Complete nonsense. Buy from the other reputable on-line vendors instead, and don't rely on this vendor. To add insult to injury, I paid extra for expedited processing.

The parts fit fine and were as promised. However I paid for next day and they shipped ground. They did refund the difference. I would buy from them again. Our stove works perfectly again.
