Customer service was great! Helped me with what I needed to purchase. My dishwasher was only out of service for one day. The part was delivered ups in one day. I watched utube video on how to install part. Took me not even a minute and it was fixed Thank you very much!!

Their inventory is a lie. Ordered something they said was in stock. After a week without so much as a shipping e-mail, I inquired about it. Ship date would be a month and a half away. They are fraudulently saying things are in stock. Don't buy.

I hesitantly ordered replacement dishwasher racks for our 20+ year old Whirlpool dishwasher. The reviews I read about inaccurate stock information, poor communication, and delayed shipping dates made me very skeptical, but I had to try with the competitive pricing that Appliance Parts 4 All had in place. I made the order last Friday and the estimated shipping date was for the following Monday (yesterday). I checked yesterday afternoon and did not see a status update, so I already began to make a plan to cancel the order, but I decided to wait. Today, Tuesday, I got a Ring doorbell notification and saw two packages. I went back and checked my email and noticed that I had received a UPS email overnight saying that they would be delivered today. As of now, the dishwasher racks are installed and appear to be the perfect purchase. I am extremely pleased with the experience and will be ordering from them again!

Placed an order for a Bosch oven extension rack which indicated that there were many in stock. When two weeks went by and nothing I called and was told it was on back order and would be here in about 10 days and I would receive an email when it shipped. I did receive the email and it arrived a few days later. I discovered that I ordered the wrong part and they provided a return authorization. There will be a restocking charge and I am responsible for the shipment cost. I shipped the part and have UPS proof of receipt on 6/17/25 and to date no credit. I'll call on Monday and see what is going on. I did order the correct part, but from a different company and it arrived within a few days and I am happy with it. I have no reason to use this company in the future.

I ordered a new ice maker for my lg fridge. It stopped working after 2 weeks. Instead of simply returning it and getting a replacement, they took over 2 weeks to file a claim and charged me another $50 to get the replacement. Total bs. Dont order from this outfit. The have lost my business for good

Warning! They do not honor the "30 day return policy" that they advertise. Also the product picture was inaccurate. Stuck with the wrong part. They are just an India based drop-shipper.

I ordered what they claimed was a drawer that would fit my fridge. I received it, put it in its place and it did not fit. I took it out and followed their return procedures. When they received it, they said that there were marks on it (which were not there when I sent it back) and that I had “used” the item. When I explained what I had done, they still considered that using the item. Between the return shipping that they don’t pay and the restocking fee, I hardly would have gotten much money returned to me anyway. They were just difficult to deal with all around and I do not recommend buying anything from them. Ever!
