AppFolio does not have good delinquent…
AppFolio does not have good delinquent reports for HOA's and i have asked that they improve this SEVERAL times and they fail to listen to customer. Their delinquent report only filters with amounts that people owe or have credit. The delinquent report does not have a way to filter with DATES!!!!! You cannot run a report for past months to see what members owed you can only run a delinquent report for the current month you are in. This is HORRIBLE!!! Super frustrating! They have other delinquent reports and they also SUCK!! They look very confusing and long. AppFolio needs to learn to listen to customer feedback and make changes that work for the customer as the customers are the ones who use the software on a daily basis.

The user experience is excellent
The user experience is excellent and intuitive. We have been able to transition our outside accountants from regular visits to our office, to being able to work remote, saving time and money. Separating rentals from HOAs is a valuable feature. Also very easy for our residents to use the tenant portal and pay rent, check their account, and submit maintenance requests. Very satisfied.

Great Product for Midsized Management Companies
User Friendly, Lacks personalization in a few locations. But is a great solution for small to mid sized companies.

Even Stone Age People Can Use This Property Management Software
If you are thinking of getting Property Ware, Yardi, PBoss, Stop as you will be wasting your time, effort and money. Come to the new century revolutionary program that does it all for you. Appfolio has been the best program I have ever used in Property Management Industry. I have 20 Years of experience in this Industry and have used several property management software programs but using appfolio you will not be wasting time or your money. And yes this program even works for the people who lived in caves and stone age it is that simple and easy to use.
