I love Appfolio and the ease of the…
I love Appfolio and the ease of the program. The use on my phone allows me to be literally anywhere and have all the information that i need at my fingertips. If you are in property management you need this program. I have used it for now 4 years and love it and wish i would have gotten it earlier, it is worth every penny invested.

I have used many programs in property…
I have used many programs in property management over the past 30 years and I find Appfolio user friendly and the customer service is prompt and very professional!

Could not be worse
We were ditched immediately after onboarding and received NO support whatsoever. Our information was ported over incorrectly causing massive accounting errors, owner statments have clerical errors, owners and tenants can't log in or reset passwords. When we call we wait on hold just to put in a support request and have someone email us 2 days later. When we schedule a call they call late and if we can't answer we have no way to call back without putting in another support request and waiting another 48 hours. This has been the worst experience ever and not only for our business but for our owners and tenants as well!

Hello Skye, thank you for reaching out to us. You do have a dedicated Onboarding Team while you implement AppFolio and then you always have access to our Support and Training teams. The nature of requests may require research which is why representatives try to schedule a phone call so they can research the issue beforehand. A manager from our Customer Success Team reached out to you a few times last week to discuss this feedback.
