Love AppFolio
I have been in property management for 35 years and have had experience with many different software programs and AppFolio has been my favorite by far! It is so easy to use and the residents love the portal!

Excellent. Appfolio brought us out of the dark ages of paper files, QuickBooks, and paper leases. We have not looked back.

Appfolio has been a tremendous tool for…
Appfolio has been a tremendous tool for our business. It helped us to achieve our goal of consolidating to one platform for accounting, ACH payments, mass communication, application processing & inspections. Customer service is usually very efficient in troubleshooting. Of course there are always some items on the wish list, but they have been making constant updates to their system.
