I ordered 12 tote bags... I received 6 of them. Apparently the other 6 were shipped differently... I had no idea until I tried contacting support for 2 days and FINALLY was able to chat with someone who was then able to provide me the other tracking number. Businesses should not be this difficult to get in contact with.

Awesome prices on certain quality materials.. My package even arrived very quickly.. I couldn't have asked for more.. Thank you

I have used Apparelbus for my hats for business. I have purchased both flex fit and snap back hats. Quality of the hats r great and the service has been great as well.

UPDATE: 16OCT24 - STILL NO RESPONSE FROM APPARELL BUS - THEY TALK THE TALK BUT DON'T WALK THE WALK, BUYER BEWARE - 7 months since I approached them for my 130.oo order problem (never delivered) without a single real interaction with these people, repeatedly called their office in Irving, Texas, with no answers, repeatedly emailed with no answers, this is a scam company, drop shipping and over extending what they are claiming to be "in-stock" items, what a fly-by-night company, a Mickey Mouse operation at the best I had to give 1 star to write this review, am I a disgruntled buyer - most certainly - here are the particulars I got a "no reply at all" when I sent Apparel Bus messages 3 times (I am not going to beg) that my shirt order of x4 shirts never arrived, Apparel Bus totally ignored my emails and didn't even give me the courtesy of a reply. I will NEVER do business with them again, period....... - [[" Order Number: 09514 - Order Date: 3/30/2024 5:23:35 PM - Payment Method: CREDITCARD (CAPTURED) $119.49 - Shipped via USPS on 4/3/2024 12:00:00 AM - Tracking Number: 9405511206210373817229 - Customer Service Notes: None"]] additionally - I found a unhappy customer on Facebook and commented my experience and the Apparel Bus CSR lied saying I was never a customer and hey do not know why I left a negative comment - Boooo Hoooo I berated the representative and was asked to send my information (after being ignored for 6 months ??? OMG), I of course sent it to them, and they have yet to respond (3 days ago, 2 full work days they had to reply), Hmmmm................ - I went back and checked the USPS tracking number and have a screenshot I cannot attach here - it says Apparel Bus created a label and never sent the package - I sent this 2 days ago to Apparel Bus - no correspondence and no refund $119.49 has been issued to date search their name on Tik-Toc, Facebook, and other social media and you will find a plethora of unhappy customers, on the level of a scam company

Since I did not count the batch of 300 hats, I realized that I was short 25 hats. Due to the fact that this mistake would cost me $260, I was stressed. Since the purchase began, it seemed as if too much time had passed. However, I was able to contact Jason and he provided me with excellent service. Upon receiving the 25 hats, I was given the option of receiving a refund or receiving another shipment of 25 hats.
