Horrible communication - said that my order was on hold because my billing and shipping address were not the same (PORCH PIRATES ANYBODY?? Helllloooooooo?) - Tried and left messages ON PHONE VOICEMAIL, TEXT CHAT and E-MAIL.....never got a message or call or E-Mail back. The gentleman who FINALLY DID answer the phone had mentioned something about a systems hack and that they had cancelled my order! Makes me wonder how safe my credit card and personal information are right now. They did NOT offer to reinstate my order for me and they also did not offer me a discount. Strongly suggest purchasing elsewhere

I ordered some blankets and tote bags from ApparelBus. I wanted to get some things screen printed on for giveaways and needed the base items. They came SO FAST and were exactly as described at a great price.

I ordered some items, and needed to return a few. They also gave me the wrong thing for one item. I contacted customer service SIX TIMES, two of which I got a response, which was to wait until it was approved. I never heard back those times. Their customer service is absolutely terrible!
