Sherry was wonderful
Sherry was wonderful! She explained what we were getting coverage for. I did let her know that we would be upgrading the warranty at closing. As of today, we called our relator and they are going to add the Preferred pkg for the difference at closing. Thank you for the exceptional Customer Service!

Great CS experience with Maria
I spoke to Maria Hernandez and she was very helpful and always made sure that I had understood all the different things regarding my home warranty. She always told me to interrupt her if I had any questions about my policy. She explained clearly and very well and I’m very thankful that I had her to call me back.

My rep was gracious, friendly, and thorough. She first made sure I had time to talk. She explained things clearly and gave me time to think and see if I had questions. This was a really easy call, and I didn't feel at all pressured or rushed. As someone who works in compliance and customer service I would use it as a positive training call.
